Our collection process is simple and designed to be convenient. We review all requests to make sure items are suitable for reuse and can be collected efficiently.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

 

Step 1 — Request a Collection

Submit a request using our online form and include details and photos of the items you’d like collected.

Step 3 — Collection Is Scheduled

If approved, we arrange a collection time based on your location and our route schedule.

Step 2 — We Review Your Items

We review your request to confirm which items we can collect based on condition and current collection routes.

Step 4 — Items Are Collected & Reused

Items are collected and directed towards reuse, recycling, or, where appropriate, donation through trusted partners.
